We are always in need of volunteers to help out with administrative duties, special events and festivals, water quality monitoring, invasive plant removal and many other helpful tasks.

March 10 & 24: Paddle and plant live trees with the Riverkeeper

Each tree we plant will help to restore the bank’s stability and prevent sediment erosion into the French Broad River. [more]

March 14: Restore native plants at Richmond Hill Park

Help us control non-native invasive plants along a major drainage area that includes special wild plants and a mountain bike trail within Richmond Hill Park. [more]

March 7 & 21: Water Quality Volunteer Trainings (Adopt-a-Stream & Biological Monitoring [SMIE])
