Know Before You Go: Guide to the French Broad Paddle Trail

MountainTrue, Headwaters Outfitters, and the Wedge are excited to offer this free course on paddling the French Broad! We will cover topics including the history of the paddle trail, how to pack, trip suggestions, leaving no trace, and paddling with your kids and pets!
We will also be selling our French Broad Paddle Trail Maps, written by Chris Gibbs and our very own French Broad Riverkeeper Hartwell Carson for $17.95. This map includes information about different river accesses and take out sites from Rosman, NC to Newport, TN.
