Grab your broomsticks, pointy hats, and paddles, and join us for a magical night on Price Lake on October 16th from 6pm-8pm! The Witches & Warlocks Paddle is brewing up some spooky fun while raising funds for Upper New Riverkeeper.
Come dressed as your favorite witch, warlock, creature, or mystical river spirit and paddle the lake in support of protecting the beautiful New River and the High Country waters we all love. Explore the lake. Dress for the occasion. Embrace the magic.
Whether you’re a seasoned paddler or just looking for a wickedly fun evening on the water, gather your coven and join us! Costumes, camaraderie, and a little Halloween mischief are highly encouraged. Come paddle with us before the spell wears off!
Tandem kayaks and canoe are $15, and single kayaks & SUPs are $10. Can’t make it? Purchase a “Ghost Boat” to make a donation without joining us on the water.
In case of inclement weather, we have also held October 23rd as a rain date. All proceeds benefit Upper New Riverkeeper and its efforts to protect and preserve the New River watershed.
