Are you interested in learning more about the variety of life that lives within our streams? If so, please stop by on Saturday, July 11th for a pop-up event on the Jackson County Greenway! In the event of inclement weather, we will instead be on the Greenway on Saturday, July 18th. No registration required.

Hiding under rocks and in the leaves of our rivers are aquatic macroinvertebrates. (Organisms big enough to see with the naked eye that lack a spine). Join us to learn more about these creatures, what they tell us about water quality and get a chance to look at them up close!

There is no time requirement for joining this pop-up event, instead come and go as you please!
