River Cleanup in Chimney Rock, NC

We invite you to join MountainTrue’s Broad Riverkeeper for a Rocky Broad River debris cleanup in the heart of Chimney Rock Village. We will be cleaning up along the banks between the Southside Drive Bridge and the Chimney Rock State Park Bridge.

Please bring water, snacks, sunscreen, bug spray, sturdy water shoes or sneakers (no flip-flops), anything else you might need to be comfortable during the cleanup.

We will provide buckets, trash bags, “grabbers,” shovels, gloves, dump trailer for debris, etc.

Kids under the age of 18 are allowed as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the event
