Fly Fishing Film Festival in Boone, NC 4-27 benefiting MountainTrue and the Watauga Riverkeeper

The 2025 International Fly Fishing Film Festival, sponsored by Boone’s Fly Shop and benefiting MountainTrue and the Watauga Riverkeeper, is coming to the Appalachian Theatre of the High Country on Sunday, April 27th.

IF4™ is the world’s leading fly-fishing film event, consisting of films produced by professional filmmakers from all corners of the globe and showcases the passion, lifestyle, and culture of fly fishing. It is the gathering place of the fly-fishing community and a celebration of friendship, fly-fishing stories and stoke.

This year’s event kicks off with a pre-screening concert performance with Mad Tom & The Chubs from 6 to 7 PM. The film festival film screening begins at 7 PM.

Be sure to snag tickets from The Appalachian Theatre ASAP! Please visit MountainTrue in the lobby for raffle tickets prior to the show. Fly fishing gear like rods and Hellbender swag will be raffled during intermission.
