Upper French Broad River Fest

French Broad River Stewards of Transylvania County presents a celebration of the French Broad, one of the world’s oldest rivers, near it’s headwaters in Transylvania County. This fun and education-filled event will feature exhibits from MountainTrue and other local partners, food, music and entertainment for all ages. We are also looking for volunteers to help make this event a success! Please sign up here to help with setup, cleanup, recycling and trash, water cooler table, runners, event guides, and registration table.​ All volunteers will receive a free Upper French Broad Riverfest volunteer t-shirt! Volunteers will be expected to wear the t-shirt at the event.
