Invasive Plant Species Workshop and Workday

The High Country Habitat Restoration Coalition is comprised of local agencies, consultants, and non-profit organizations with the mission to battle non-native species in our area.

Please join us for a one hour classroom presentation by MountainTrue’s non-native plants species expert Bob Gale. Participants will then have the opportunity to implement the skills they’ve learned by helping remove Knotweed in beautiful Valle Crucis Community Park.

The program is scheduled from 9am-12pm. Feel free to bring a lunch and stay longer.

Please bring work gloves if you have them and a water bottle. Be prepared to be outside!
