The Hip Abduction is an afro-pop/indie rock band out of St. Petersburg, FL that mixes reggae bass lines with traditional African stringed instruments. The band has shared stages with Ziggy Marley, 311, Umphrey’s McGee, Thievery Corporation, Dawes, Galactic, and .moe and has performed at numerous festivals.
