In the wake of Hurricane Helene, MountainTrue is dedicated to addressing the urgent needs of our community.

By participating in this training, you will learn how to identify ash trees, assess their health, use tools important in forest data collection, and have fun in the woods with MountainTrue members and staff. After becoming proficient in our inventory protocol, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a team of people inventorying trails around WNC and collecting data essential to our conservation efforts.
