Have you ever considered the ethical and environmental consequences of your food choices? If so, please join us for a presentation on the topic of “Veganism as a Strategy for Sustainability.” Evan Parker, a graduate student in Lenoir-Rhyne University’s Sustainability Studies program, will discuss the environmental impacts of animal agriculture, the ethical implications of consuming animal products and how the adoption of a vegan lifestyle can contribute to a sustainable society.

The event will be held at Sanctuary Brewing Company in Hendersonville, NC on Monday, June 26. The night will begin with a meet and greet at 5:30 p.m. followed by a presentation from 6-7 p.m. Vegan paninis and beer will be available for purchase!
