Join MountainTrue's very own Public Lands Field Biologist, Josh Kelly for our Winter Tree ID workshop on January, 19th from 12 pm - 1 pm. This class will be an online format and cover the basics of tree identification in the Southern Appalachians. We will cover the terms and concepts you will need to successfully identify trees in our area no matter your experience level! The class will include a presentation and time for questions and answers.

Thursday, January 28 - Friday, January 29 with morning and afternoon Zoom sessions each day. Our time together will include some connection with like minded neighbors, lay leaders and clergy, prayer and ritual, stories of creation care and resilience from congregations practicing right relationship and practical steps for caring for our neighbors and the earth. We will include time for regionally based brainstorming and discussion.
