Forest Plan Info Session: Management Areas

May 19, 2020 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

On May 19, MountainTrue will host a webinar during which Josh Kelly, MountainTrue’s Western Field Biologist, will examine the various types of management areas proposed within the draft management plan and environmental impact statement for the Nantahala-Pisgah National Forests. Allocation of these areas determines what types of activities can happen in various parts of the forest. Register to receive access to the webinar. Those who register before Monday 5/18 will receive Josh’s presentation slides in advance and have the opportunity to submit questions before the presentation. We will also have about 15 minutes for live Q&A at the end of the presentation.

This event is a Zoom Webinar, which is a little different from a regular Zoom meeting. When you join the event, you will be muted and your video will be turned off. You’ll only be able to see the speakers and moderator, though you will be able to submit typed questions through the Q&A panel.
