He will speak on the lifecycle of plastic bags, their effect on our environment, and how our choices can reduce the number of bags that end up in our rivers and streams, and tangled in trees.
On Thursday, September 14, Hendersonville Green Drinks welcomes Katie Breckheimer, of Friends of the Oklawaha Greenway. Katie has been with the Friends of the Oklawaha Greenway since its inception in 2015. She will be speaking about what has been done, what is planned, and what you can do to help grow a local network of greenways.

He will be leading us in a conversation to deepen our connection to the people and places we love so much while acknowledging our society’s need to redefine success in our effort to create a balanced and diverse ecosystem.
