Pleb Urban Winery 289 Lyman St, Asheville, NC, United StatesOn June 3rd plēb will be releasing several wines in a lil’ celebration they are calling “Acid on the River”. They will be joined by some of their friends in the beer, wine, food, tattoo, charity (including MountainTrue) and art communities for the occasion. The French Broad Riverkeeper program receives a portion of proceeds from specific sales.
2023 MountainTrue-a-thon
Calling all hikers, bikers and paddlers! Raise money for MountainTrue while doing your favorite activities this Summer. Participants of any experience level collect pledges from family and friends for miles completed between June 15 and August 31st.
River Cleanup with Wicked Weed in Asheville, NC 6-17-23
Come join the river cleanup hosts MountainTrue and Wicked Weed on June 17 from 1 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. as we clean up the French Broad River. Bring a water bottle, sunscreen, and clothes you don't mind getting wet and dirty. This section of the French Broad is flatwater and suitable for all paddlers.
