Join us for a day on the Upper Green River saving hemlocks from the invasive hemlock wooly adelgid. Paddlers must have experience on Class III whitewater for this section.
Since fall has finally arrived, we're grabbing our boats and headed out onto the Broad River to enjoy the fall colors. We will paddle a beautiful and remote stretch of the Broad from Shelby, NC to Gafney, SC that few people get to enjoy! Because the fall foliage is hard to predict, we're reserving several dates as options for the paddle. We will set a firm date on Nov. 6th based on the weather forecast and river conditions and will email folks who've signed up with the final date.
