WNCA submits comments on EPA’s ‘Clean Power Plan’

November 25, 2014Re: Docket ID: EPA-HQ-OAR-2013-0602Dear Administrator McCarthy:On behalf of the members and board of the Western North Carolina Alliance (WNCA), I , submit these comments on the Environmental Protection Agency’s Clean Power Plan Proposed Rule (CPP). These rules are urgently needed to protect the planet as a whole and specifically the ecosystems, communities and local economies of Western North Carolina.
