Mountain Top Yoga with MountainTrue and Inner Wild Yoga

Join us for a morning in the mountains with an ecology lesson from MountainTrue's expert ecologist Bob Gale and some gentle yoga led by Inner Wild Yoga's Nathalie Claes. We'll be hiking Sam's Knob Summit Trail near Black Balsam along the Blue Ridge Parkway.
