The draft resource management plan for Nantahala and Pisgah National Forests has been in the works since 2013 and, once finalized, will set the priorities and rules under which these public lands will be managed for the next 10 to 20 years.

Live Online Info Session on the Draft Nantahala-Pisgah Forest Plan

On April 7, MountainTrue will host a virtual presentation and discussion during which Josh Kelly, MountainTrue’s public lands biologist will present the organization’s analysis of the draft management plan and the environmental impact statement for the Nantahala-Pisgah National Forests.
